RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, request a return. Please follow our Return policy. We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility. We do not refund original shipping/taxes charges except in cases of a product defect or shipping error. Reshipping charges are assumed by the customer. Returned orders will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.

Unwashed
Having the original tag
In the original package
In the same condition that you received it
If the returned product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, a refund may not apply.
It may happen, that you receive inventory that is defective or damaged. In that case, please make a claim to info@bcsportshop.com within 14 days of reception and we’ll send you a replacement or a credit note. If this is the case, we will assume the shipping charges to exchange the item.
Processing your return will include a complete quality inspection of each product before a refund is approved. Once approved, you will have the option to receive a credit note or a refund issued back to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to post to your account after approval. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 14 days. In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will first offer a credit. The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked. To initiate an exchange, please email info@bcsportshop.com
Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred charges except in cases of a product defect or shipping error. Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, except for items mailed by us in bad condition/damaged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by sending an e-mail to: info@bcsportshop.com within the first 24 hours after placing your order. A confirmation will be emailed to you once the cancelation is approved
